| Description |
EXP. in Highly Customized Product, commercial boilers, heat exchangers, controls, burners, HVAC water heaters, high efficiency advanced building equipment. Thermodynamic/Combustion products. In charge of product engineering team of 8; fast track opportunity to Director level.
Must be a skilled engineer; heavy emphasis on product engineering. State of the art facility; very secure, well financed. Take charge person who will be ready to move into Director role rather quickly.

| Skills |
Rresponsible for activities of the Engineering Team in the development and implementation of engineering plans for each new and existing product; Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field; strong focus on thermo dynamics and combustion.
2. Master’s degree is preferred
3. Successful candidates will have 10 years' experience . Ideally, the person will come from an HVAC or controls background.

While industry experience is preferred it is not mandatory as long as indepth engineering management exp. with customized product, controls, product development and strong leadership.
