Looking for a creative, dedicated software engineer to join the Software Engineering team developing the latest generation of Explosive Detection Systems software at Morpho Detection. In this role you will utilize your experience in software design methodologies and background in network application development.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Specify, design, develop and test explosive detection system software.
· Participate in technical design studies and provide production-level documentation for engineering functional specifications
- Strategize and interface with vendors to evaluate, validate, and support components from 3rd party hardware and software vendors.
· Troubleshoot factory and field problems in system software as needed to assist the technical support team
· Interface with members of the marketing, software and hardware teams to insure the
design and implementation of the software is reliable and meets the needs of the customer
