Description
- The HR Analyst is responsible for HR report, support and special project work to support core HR process.
- The Analyst should be able to work at a competent level in some phases of basic data base technology working with and have expertise in creating new reports along with being the functional project leader to migrate HR reporting data from the current data warehouse to the new system.
- Position responsible for demonstrating the core competency of continuous improvements to ensure all processes are efficient and lean while still providing outstanding Customer Service.
- The role will be assigned to key projects on a domestic and international level to support core HR processes.
- Position also provides HR desk support and will support Americas recruitment, and other duties as required to support the business.
- Act as a lead collect and define data requirements from end user to develop and create reports. Analyze requests from worldwide leadership to drive best practices.
- Responsible for service delivery to internal customer for the running of existing defined list of reports at the required frequency (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly).
- Assist in the design and implementation of the new data base to best meet business HR applications requirements and the technical infrastructure environment.
- Work and communicate as a team player to help develop more efficient and lean processes.
- Create reports as requested by the global Human Resource team and HR Generalist in the various business units. Provide hands on training to end users to improve self service capability.
- Review and analyze data, prepare presentation for senior leadership, maintain data integrity.
- Inventory and Documentation of Reports (Report variation, data selection criteria)
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and coordinating skills; process orientation; customer orientation; interpersonal aptitude; interpersonal influence; people development; commitment to quality and achievement orientation
- Ability to understand problems and get to the root cause and apply realistic solutions within company/HR policy and practice framework.
- Project management skills with solid mathematical abilities and good knowledge of software and research tools.
- Assist in the administration of the annual performance increase process including: administration of the compensation planning system, analysis, communication and delivering training to HR Consultants, Business Partners, etc.
- Other duties as needed to support the Americas and International core HR processes/site requirements.

Skills
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum of two years' work experience, with data management, reporting and analysis, is required.
- Strong technology process skills and analytical problem solving skills with attention to detail and ability to facilitate to get results.
- Ability to work and communicate globally to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
- Ability to plan, organize and control multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
- Must have demonstrated passion for drive continuous improvement.
- Must possess a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Flexible and willing to take on variety of tasks/assignments as needed to support core HR processes and business unit.
