| Description |
Water treatment Chemical Manufacturing company is looking for an Technical Manager in their headquarters located outside of Minneapolis , Minnesota. Manager will be responsible for:
1. technical support for customers in all product applications
2. provide sales support for new opportunities
3. instruct sales and service representatives on the technical aspects of industrial water treatment applications
4. provide technical expertise to the laboratory group on water treatment related issues to resolve customer concerns and/or questions
5. promote a full line of industrial water treatment chemicals and equipment to support new and existing customer base.
6. Assist with development and presentation of sales and technical seminars, as need dictates, in the following: Basic Training Classes, National Sales Meetings, National Technical Seminars.
Company offers a base salary of 75-95K (commensurate with experience) expenses, 401K and excellent benefits package. Some bonus opportunities.

| Skills |
Company is looking for someone with the following qualifications/experience
1. 4 year degree in a technical field
2. 5 - 20 years of direct industrial water treatment experience in sales or support role
3. Strong knowledge of technical aspects of industrial water treatment chemicals and equipment
4. Previous management experience highly desired, not required
5. Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
6. Proven successful interactions with customers
