Requirements for Computer- Tech Support / Entry Level IT / Help Desk

1 - 5 years experience a plus but not necessary in A+, Network+, Windows 2003/2007, XP, TCP/IP, SQL, VB.NET, EXCHANGE, CCNA, PMP.

Education: 

High school Diploma or GED required, Military Background, College Degree

Experience:

Some computer experience preferred. Qualified individual without experience will be considered.

Other:

Strong communication skills and superior customer service skills required.
