Key Responsibilities:

Lead geotechnical projects from investigation to completion, performing calculations and analysis for subsurface investigations, soil foundation engineering, slope stability, and more.
Foster strong relationships with clients, representing Coastal Testing in a professional and positive manner.
Prepare detailed reports, including complex calculations for shallow/deep foundations and slope stability analysis.
Attend project meetings, collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Mentor laboratory technicians, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
Stay current with industry standards, codes, and guidelines.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas with Engineer Seal (required).
Proficiency in geotechnical software (gINT, GEOTAC).
Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
