Tract Engineering, LLC a local based civil engineering and planning firm based out of Lakeland Florida, is seeking a talented Profession Engineering who specializes in residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.

Summary:
In this role you will oversee the development of conceptual and civil construction plans and ensure functionality and performance for the client's project needs. The ability to engage, establish rapport, and communicate effectively with coworkers is a need for the position. This role demands high level proficiency, as well as fundamental knowledge and understanding of all job duties.

Responsibilities:
Managing Civil Land Development Project
Coordinating with Local Jurisdictions
Designing and implementing projects.
Site planning
Erosion control
Storm drainage
Sanitary sewer
Grading Concepts
Technical design
Quality Control
You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S in Civil Engineering
FE/PE License (REQUIRED)
Proficient in AutoCAD C3D

Experience:
Project engineering: 5 years (Required)
Project management: 5 years (Required)
Civil engineering: 5 years (Required)
