**Generation Division - Entry Level Engineer**

Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

POWER Engineers, member of WSP. is seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to work in our Generation Electrical Department. Openings are available for the Boise, ID; Overland Park (Kansas City), KS; and Oradell, NJ offices.

Responsibilities include:
- ------------------------

* Detailed design of generating plant and renewable energy electrical systems under the supervision of a lead electrical engineer
* Electrical system upgrades under the supervision of a lead electrical engineer
* Typical tasks include the development of one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, conduit and cable sizing and routing, panel schedules, material take-offs, and writing of specifications

Required Education/Experience:
- -----------------------------

* 0-2 years experience
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills
* Desired Education/Experience
* Student membership in IEEE
* AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ETAP or SKM software experience
* EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certificate
* Construction experience, including electrical construction, would be a plus
* Intern experience in the design or operation of generating or heavy industrial facilities would be a plus
* Intern experience at a Consulting Engineering firm would be a plus
