**Position Overview**  
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager -- Professional Civil Engineer in our West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and client relations. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.  

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion.
* Design and oversee site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
* Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
* Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
* Engage in business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.

**Qualifications \& Skills:**

* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
* 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
* Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience navigating permitting processes with agencies such as SFWMD, municipalities, and counties.
* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
