Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Project Electrical Engineer to join their Omaha team!  

Responsibilities:

* Lead electrical design
* Coordinate electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit (create construction documents/specifications)
* Execute quality assurance/quality control plans
* Mentor/train junior staff
* Coordinate tasks with other disciplines
* Perform supporting calculations
* Meet with clients through all phases of the project
* Travel to job sites for observation
* Projects include power distribution, lighting, arc flash studies, and electrical modeling

Requirements:  

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
* 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
* Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit
* Understanding of International Building Codes
* Experience with RSMeans

Salary is commensurate with experience.
