Civil Engineer – Site Design

Job Description

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Civil Engineer -- Site Design for their team in Springfield, Missouri!  

Responsibilities:

* Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
* Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
* Elevate the team's technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
* Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
* Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
* Review contract with administration support
* Maintain quality control and check plans adequately

Requirements:  

* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* 6+ years of engineering experience

Salary is commensurate with experience.
