### Must have:

### - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 5 years of experience executing exploratory testing for new features within Agile development frameworks. - 3 years of software development/QA experience in a production environment, including front-end and API development and testing. - 5 years of proficiency in web application performance testing, including familiarity with Load Balancers, Linux, Postgres, Rails, or Node.js. - 5 years of experience in performance monitoring of database servers and writing SQL queries. - 3 years of proficiency in JavaScript and at least one scripting language (Java, Ruby, Python). - 2 years of experience in building test frameworks and integrating within a CI stack using tools like SVN/GIT, GitHub/Bamboo, Ant, Maven, Puppet, and JIRA. - 5 years of experience with performance testing frameworks/tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Webload).

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product and technical teams to analyze, design, and translate non-functional requirements. - Conduct performance testing to ensure system capacity, reliability, and scalability. - Analyze reports and document observations to pinpoint bottlenecks. - Investigate and report project issues while communicating and working with various departments including Development, Product, Project Management, Systems \& Application support groups, Network Engineering, and other project teams. - Utilize workload information and performance results to uncover performance bottlenecks and offer tuning recommendations. - Analyze slowdowns in frontend and backend, identify root causes, and collaborate with teams for optimization. - Utilize extensive experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, and other tools to assess system reliability. - Monitor system behavior and identify issues early using Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics. - Construct observability dashboards and implement distributed tracing and instrumentation. - Actively contribute to the Performance Engineering Center of Excellence, Continuous Improvement initiatives, Innovations, and Research. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure performance objectives are achieved. - Demonstrate a proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
