Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead the charge in enhancing and modernizing our manufacturing operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about improving production efficiency, optimizing workflows, and implementing cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality standards are met, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives to modernize steel tube manufacturing.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve production efficiency and throughput.
Collaborate with operations, production, and maintenance teams to develop strategies for equipment upgrades and optimization.
Introduce Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and minimize waste, while maximizing quality and output.
Drive initiatives to reduce operational costs through data-driven analysis and process optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership regarding project progress and outcomes.
Champion sustainability efforts by identifying opportunities for energy savings, waste reduction, and more environmentally-friendly practices.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or related field); Master’s a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or steel production environment.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in industrial automation, CAD software, and ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
