**Your Role \& Responsibilities**

* Design and develop backend microservices for clinical and analytics applications hosted in the cloud
* Implement robust, scalable solutions using Java (backend), Angular (frontend), and relational databases
* Work closely with data engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Participate in DevOps and Agile workflows using tools such as Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible
* Ensure code quality, documentation, and service reliability meet enterprise standards
* Engage in root cause analysis and resolve system issues in a timely manner
* Contribute to deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud configuration management

**Skills \& Experience You Should Possess**

* 1 years of professional software engineering experience or 2 years coding applications in high-level languages such as Java, Go, C#, or Python
* Strong experience with Java back-end and Angular front-end development
* Proficiency in working with relational databases and cloud environments, particularly Azure
* Understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps models
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions

**Bonus Points If You Have:**

* Experience with big data, analytics, or data warehousing solutions
* Hands-on experience with healthcare software or regulated environments
* Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform in addition to Azure
* Experience developing distributed systems or microservices architectures

**Education \& Certifications You Need:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Internship experience or hands-on software development in a team setting
* Formal training or certifications in Azure or modern development frameworks is a plus
