We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Engineer to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Transportation and FDOT design projects while building your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

**What you'll do:**

* Contribute to the development of detailed roadway designs and project plans.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create technically complex design plans and reports.
* Research and provide cost estimates for projects.
* Ensure designs comply with government regulations and ordinances.
* Propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
* Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures as part of a broader team effort.
* Perform basic design tasks and coordinate with technicians or administrative staff.
* Interact with staff, clients, officials, and contractors, maintaining clear communication.

**What you'll need:**

* EIT license in Florida (preferred).
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
* Hands-on experience with FDOT design projects and roadway plans production.
* Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential, as is the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
