Civil Site Development Engineer

Job Description

Multi-state civil engineering firm is hiring a Civil Site Development Engineer for their Jefferson City office!

Responsibilities:

* Plan/coordinate technical aspects of civil site projects
* Main contact for clients, project teams and contractors
* Lead civil site projects (general design of site, utility and grading improvements)
* Projects include the design of parking lot layouts, sidewalks (ADA compliant), building utility coordination, site grading and erosion/sediment controls
* Use technical expertise to identify and resolve problems
* Mentor junior staff
* As part of a professional team, develop site civil engineering plans, reports and specifications for multiple land development projects
* Build/maintain client relationships

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
* 5+ years of experience
* PE License
* Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
* Knowledge of civil site-related technical design in land/site development
* Occasional travel to job site may be required

Salary is commensurate with experience.
