Software Engineer II

Job Description

Job Duties: Build on the whole ads stack (frontend interfaces, API, backend services) to create technical solutions to assist advertisers with conversion ingestion/validation. Partner with design, product, and backend teams to build end-to-end functionality. Suggest new product ideas and features. Employ automated testing to build features with a high degree of technical quality, taking responsibility for the components and features developed. Grow as an engineer by working with world-class peers on varied and high impact projects. Design, develop, and operate large scale, distributed systems and networks. Work with Engineering customers to understand new requirements and address them in a scalable and efficient manner. Actively work to improve the developer process and experience in all phases from coding to operation. Telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Python; (3) React; (4) Node.js; (5) Git; (6) Jenkins; (7) Spark; (8) SQL; (9) Numpy; (10) AWS and (11) Docker. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $194,250.00 - $244,872.00 per annum and standard company benefits.
