We are seeking a talented RF System Design Engineer to join our wireless system design team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and testing of RF systems for our wireless communication products.

Job Responsibilities

Define and develop RF system architectures, including creating block diagrams, performing link budget analysis, and conducting cascade analysis (Noise Figure, IP3, P1dB, etc.).
Perform system-level simulation and modeling using industry-standard analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, ADS, SystemVue).
Identify, analyze, and resolve RF system issues, including desense, distortion, interference, and digital compensation.
Collaborate closely with RF design, software, and algorithm teams to ensure successful product integration.
Create and maintain comprehensive system specification documentation.
Work with compliance teams to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements (e.g., 3GPP, FCC, CE, ETSI).
Conduct hands-on lab measurements using RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes, to validate system performance against design specifications.

Requirement

Currently pursuing Master of Science (M.S.) or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF/Microwaves.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Scripting skills for test automation and data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Salary range: $40-$63/hour

Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications.
