Job Details
My client is hiring an Electrical Engineer with 2-10 years of experience to join a growing engineering team supporting a variety of commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role offers strong project exposure, career growth, and competitive compensation.
What You’ll Do
Support the design, development, and documentation of electrical systems for new and existing projects
Assist with power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems
Produce and review engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams
Apply NEC and applicable codes/standards to design work
Participate in project coordination, design reviews, and QA/QC processes
Support construction teams with technical input and field coordination as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of electrical engineering experience (internships count toward total experience)
Exposure to commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
Understanding of power systems, lighting, and electrical layouts
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
EIT or PE track experience is a plus, but not required
