Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for CNC-machined aerospace components
Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and manufacturing plans
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturability
Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues on the shop floor
Drive process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methods
Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet production goals
