The Role: Founding Engineer (AI / Product Systems)
You’ll sit at the intersection of:
AI systems

And build something entirely new.
This is not a “plug models into an app” role.
You’ll define how AI:
Learns complex business context
Generates product ideas worth building
Designs experiences end-to-end
Evolves based on real-world usage

What You’ll Do
Build novel AI systems applied to product + design workflows
Ship product directly to users (fast feedback loops, real impact)
Work closely with users to understand problems deeply
Help define product direction, roadmap, and strategy
Make decisions on models, tooling, and AI infrastructure
Help build the early team
