Rebuildr is building a HIPAA-compliant platform that redefines how rehabilitation and performance training are delivered — enabling clinicians to provide high-quality, fully virtual care that actually moves people forward. This is an early-stage, fast-moving build phase focused on creating a product that meaningfully shifts how care is delivered.

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who wants to do more than just execute tickets. This is a hands-on role for someone entrepreneurial, driven, and excited to help build a product from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founder and technical leadership to shape both the product and technical direction.

Build and ship scalable full-stack features
Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
Translate product ideas into buildable solutions
Improve development workflows and delivery
Collaborate on roadmap execution
Develop a deep understanding of the product and users

Qualifications
3+ years full-stack development experience
Strong with AI, web and phone applications (React, NestJS + Prisma)
Experience shipping production applications
Solid understanding of system design and APIs
Startup experience preferred
