Seeking a Community Engineer to support and manage a Telegent-based community platform. This role focuses on ensuring the platform is stable, well-structured, and optimized for strong user engagement.

In this role, you will:

* Manage the full lifecycle of the Telegent platform, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing support

* Lead and support Telegent Community migration efforts

* Build and maintain community structures (forums, knowledge areas, collaboration spaces)

* Set up roles, permissions, moderation workflows, and content governance

* Partner with business teams to improve engagement and user experience

* Support integrations such as SSO, analytics, and external tools

* Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve platform issues

* Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teams

* Support testing, UAT, and release activities
