### Must have:

### - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred - Extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining voice and data network operations - Strong understanding of telecom systems, including Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN) - Proficient in performance tuning, error tracking, and data movement - Familiarity with scripting for task automation - Experience in project management and system integration - Ability to design and implement network solutions aligned with business needs - Strong analytical skills for assessing network configurations - Excellent communication skills to provide training and support to technical teams - Current certification in data/voice technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate future developments of Enterprise Telecom/Data networks - Design network solutions that align with organizational vision and strategy - Manage network performance by analyzing configurations and providing improvement recommendations - Integrate and install system components within the existing technical environment - Maintain operations of telecom systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest versions - Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues proactively - Provide training and guidance to both technical staff and clients as necessary - Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments
