Job Description

**Role:**Senior Engineer

**Project:**Large-Scale Residential Project

**Essentials:** HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years' similar experience **in Ireland**, strong project management skills.

**Location:**Cork

**Salary:**€70,000 - €80,000

**Overseeing:**Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationships
* Manage health and safety performance across the site

* Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet programme, testing and commissioning targets

* Monitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and design requirements

* Review design information, attend design team meetings and resolve technical issues

* Carry out regular site inspections and maintain quality assurance documentation

* Manage assigned work packages, including sequencing, coordination and delivery

* Liaise with third-party stakeholders such as utility providers and local authorities

* Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes
