Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Industrial Engineer** to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role will analyze processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. **This position is 100% onsite.**

**Responsibilities:**

* Focuses on line balancing, cycle time reduction, labor optimization, workstation design, and productivity improvement.
* Works on process setup, SMT/THT assembly optimization, tooling, fixtures, and production troubleshooting.
* Improves soldering, PCB assembly, testing, and manufacturing yield using SPC and Lean methods.
* Lean / Continuous Improvement Engineer
* Drives Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, waste reduction, and operational excellence projects.
* NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer
* Supports transferring new products from design to mass production and ensuring manufacturability.
* Handles capacity planning, takt time analysis, headcount planning, and factory utilization.
* Supply Chain / Planning Analyst
* Coordinates material flow, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
* Focuses on defect reduction, root cause analysis, CAPA, IPC standards, and customer quality metrics.

**Requirements:**

**Education/Qualification**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

**Experience**

* 3+ years in similar position
* 3+ years working in electronic manufacturing

The expected pay rate for this position is **$120,000.00 - $140,000.00** depending on specific skills and work experience.
