### Must have:

### - We bring 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. - We have demonstrated success building and maintaining production-ready software with clear modular separation, such as distinct services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases. - We have practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-turn system interactions. - We have excellent attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on complex system behavior. - We have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned outputs. - We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world problems. - We understand how to implement persistent state and session discovery using MEMORY.md to track agent progress. - We can identify subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injections.

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agent behavior. - We collaborate with leading AI teams to teach large language models how to operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We support the design, coordination, and optimization of complex real-world architectural workflows. - We evaluate system outputs and interactions to improve orchestration quality and reliability. - We deliver detailed technical observations that help refine agent performance in live environments.
