**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER -- PLASTIC MOLDING OPERATIONS**

This Manufacturing Engineer position supports molding and post-mold operations with a focus on workflow, equipment validation, and production efficiency. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Refine and further implement CMMS and MES systems for plant-wide visibility and efficiency.
* Lead workflow and line layout improvements in molding and downstream operations, with a focus on labeling, packaging, and welding readiness.
* Manage tooling projects, working directly with vendors to coordinate builds, refurbishments, and changes.
* Lead validation activities related to machinery, equipment, and process implementation.
* Support improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
* Collaborate across departments to improve process flow and documentation from molding through final assembly.
* Support the Controls Engineer and Process Engineer
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
* Background in injection molding preferred.
* Vibratory welding experience preferred.
* Experience establishing and improving line layouts and process flows using Lean tools.
* Familiarity with CMMS and MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and review complex CAD files related to injection mold tooling (design not required).
