### - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. - We look for 0--2 years of professional software development experience; internships and co-op placements count. - We expect foundational knowledge of C# and .NET, gained through academic or professional work. - We need a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. - We value basic experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, including the ability to write straightforward queries. - We seek exposure to web development fundamentals, including REST APIs, HTTP, and client-server architecture. - We prefer familiarity with ASP.NET or comparable web application frameworks. - We want a working understanding of the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, and basic deployment practices. - We need someone who can produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate guidance. - We expect a willingness to learn and contribute within an n-tier or enterprise application environment. - We value strong problem-solving ability and careful attention to detail. - We require strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Nice-to-have experience includes JavaScript, HTML, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular. - Additional pluses include full-stack project or internship experience, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, basic cloud knowledge such as Azure or AWS, exposure to healthcare, EDI, or insurance systems, and experience using Git.

- We have you contribute to the build and ongoing support of software features under senior engineering guidance. - We expect you to write, test, and debug code for applications and services. - We need you to help develop and consume RESTful APIs. - We ask you to take part in code reviews and apply feedback to strengthen your work. - We have you query and update data in relational databases as part of your development tasks. - We expect you to assist with troubleshooting and support production systems when needed. - We want you to collaborate with cross-functional partners, including QA, product, and design teams. - We encourage you to keep learning new technologies and modern development practices. - We also value your contribution to shaping specifications and designs for new products, as well as enhancements to existing solutions. - We expect you to work closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical designs. - We may ask you to help gather customer feedback on usability and future feature ideas.
