This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing supply chain or supplier management experience looking to take ownership of supplier operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

The Role:
Manage supplier performance, operational risks and recovery planning to support production and customer requirements.
Conduct supplier audits, sourcing activities and continuous improvement initiatives to improve supplier capability and efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, quality and operations teams to analyze supply chain performance and support reporting systems and process improvements.

The Candidate:
Experience within manufacturing supply chain, procurement or supplier operations
ERP and production planning knowledge
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement knowledge beneficial
