In This Role, You Will

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Java software development experience
4+ years of experience with Microservices like Springboot
3+ years of financial services experience
3+ years of Kafka experience
3+ years of nosql database experience such as MongoDB
1+ years of experience MCP AI Agent
1+ year of experience on Snowflake and Databricks

Desired Qualifications:

Hands on experience working on DevinAI
Cloud Architecture experience with Kubernetes
Microsoft Azure application development
4+ years of experience working in event-driven systems and related tools like Kafka for streaming.
Automated testing with Selenium and/or BDD/Cucumber
Well versed in Test Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and DevOps
Well versed in using AI tools and AI Prompt
UI Frameworks like React / Angular is a plus

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
