Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments
Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization
Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
