### Must have:

### - We have 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We can design and maintain production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, processing logic, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience with SQL databases. - We have practical experience building for real, live environments rather than mocked setups, including handling multi-step system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-signal technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We bring strong experience with multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering drives structured outputs. - We are comfortable working with persistent state and session tracking approaches, including MEMORY.md, to monitor agent progress. - We can recognize nuanced issues such as privacy leakage, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents. - We work with leading AI organizations to develop Large Language Models that can act as proactive, multi-step agents. - We contribute to projects focused on designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex real-world architectural workflows. - We build and evaluate systems that operate across multiple steps and interact with live tools and APIs. - We analyze system behavior carefully and provide detailed technical observations to improve agent performance. - We identify subtle failure modes and surface risks that may affect safety, privacy, or control flow.
