### Must have:
### - We bring 3--5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center operations. - We have practical experience supporting servers or data center hardware in enterprise, field, or customer-facing settings. - We are skilled with server components such as CPUs, memory modules, power supplies, and GPUs. - We are familiar with Linux or comparable operating systems. - We have strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities. - We communicate clearly and work confidently with customers while handling on-site tasks independently. - We are open to learning and supporting emerging technologies, including AI-focused platforms. - We hold an associate or bachelors degree in IT or a related discipline, or we have equivalent hands-on experience. - Vendor certifications, such as Dell credentials, are advantageous but not mandatory. - We can lift up to 50 lbs and are able to travel to customer locations and work flexible or on-call schedules.
Responsibilities:

- We provide on-site support for Dell server and data center environments, helping resolve issues quickly and reduce downtime. - We carry out hardware maintenance activities, including server assembly, equipment swaps, part replacements, and firmware upgrades. - We investigate problems across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating complex issues when needed. - We deliver both corrective and preventive maintenance in line with established procedures. - We coordinate with internal teams and customers during service engagements to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution. - We record completed work and help maintain shared documentation and best practices. - We participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage when required.
