### Must have:

### - We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We can design and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting. - We are fluent in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience with SQL databases. - We have practical experience building for live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - It is a plus if we have built multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to informed output. - It is a plus if we have integrated agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to address real-world challenges. - It is a plus if we are comfortable implementing persistent context and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - It is a plus if we can identify subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents. - We contribute to the development of proactive, multi-step agents for leading AI organizations. - We support workflows that involve designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex real-world architectural processes. - We evaluate system behavior and deliver detailed technical observations on how the agent performs. - We work on challenging orchestration tasks that require strong reasoning and structured problem solving. - We assist in training models to operate effectively in live environments and with real tools.
