### Must have:

### - We need at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. - We look for proven ability to build and support production-ready software with clear modular separation, such as distinct services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting. - We require strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with hands-on experience using SQL databases. - We value practical experience working in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-turn system interactions. - We expect exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-signal technical feedback on complex system behavior. - We prefer experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data gathering leads to informed outputs. - We value familiarity with integrating agents into live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world problems. - We prefer comfort with implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We value experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

- We train advanced AI systems by providing human feedback that improves how they operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We help teach large language models to design, coordinate, and refine complex real-world architectural workflows. - We contribute technical expertise to the development of sophisticated generative systems. - We evaluate system behavior in live scenarios and provide detailed, actionable feedback. - We identify and analyze nuanced failures in agent interactions, including security and safety concerns. - We support the creation of orchestration and automation workflows for advanced AI agent training.
