**\*Role Summary\***
We are looking for a skilled CyberArk PAM L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration, troubleshooting, platform support, and enterprise security operations.
* **Key Responsibilities\***
* ? Design, implementation, and architecture of CyberArk PAM solutions
* ? Install, upgrade, and configure CyberArk components
* ? Lead onboarding of complex platforms (databases, cloud, network devices,
* applications)
* ? Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* ? Performance tuning and capacity planning
* ? Security hardening and compliance alignment
* ? Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, and cloud platforms
* ? Mentor L2 team and provide technical guidance
* ? Work with vendors and stakeholders on critical issues
* **Required Skills\***
* ? Strong hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMSession)
* ? Experience with upgrades, DR setup, and high availability
* ? Advanced scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs)
* ? Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking
* ? Experience with cloud PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP -- preferred)
* ? Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance
* **Certifications (Preferred)\***
* ? CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian
