### Must have:

### - We bring 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. - We have demonstrated the ability to build and support production-ready software with clear modular separation, such as distinct services for parsing data, processing logic, and generating reports. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases. - We have practical experience developing for live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-turn system interactions. - We have exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We have experience with multi-stage coordination tasks where information gathering leads to well-reasoned output. - We are comfortable integrating agents with real-world tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs. - We can implement persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We can identify nuanced failures such as privacy breaches, authorization escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agents. - We support the development of proactive, multi-step agents that can coordinate complex real-world workflows. - We contribute to projects focused on teaching systems how to design, orchestrate, and optimize architectural processes. - We evaluate system behavior in live scenarios and provide detailed technical observations. - We test interactions across multiple steps and assess how well agents handle complex tasks. - We investigate subtle issues and flag risks related to security, privacy, and control boundaries. - We assist with building and refining workflows that connect data acquisition to reasoned outputs. - We collaborate on tasks that involve tool integration, session continuity, and persistent progress tracking.
