### Must have:

### - We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We have a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular architecture, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience using SQL databases. - We have practical experience working in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver precise, high-signal technical feedback on intricate system behavior. - We bring experience building multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to reasoned outcomes. - We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world challenges. - We have experience implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We can identify subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents. - We contribute to projects that teach large language models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We support the design, coordination, and optimization of complex real-world architectural workflows. - We assess system behavior in live environments and provide detailed technical observations. - We work on orchestration tasks that require gathering data, reasoning over it, and producing accurate outputs. - We review agent interactions for weaknesses, including security, privacy, and prompt-injection risks. - We collaborate with leading AI organizations to strengthen autonomous agent performance.
