### Must have:

### - We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of IT or systems administration experience. - We prefer candidates with hands-on experience in an MSP environment. - We need strong working knowledge of DattoRMM, JAMF, JumpCloud, and Intune. - We value experience with ticketing platforms and clear documentation practices. - We prefer candidates who have worked with Jamf MDM. - We are seeking someone with a background in scripting, automation, integrations, and endpoint management. - We look for familiarity with Microsoft 365, identity synchronization, licensing, and provisioning workflows. - Relevant certifications are strongly preferred, including Datto Certified RMM Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, and JAMF Pro 200. - We welcome additional growth-focused certifications such as Datto Certified RMM Deployment Specialist, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, and Kaseya Certified Expert. - We require the ability to work onsite in Cranston, RI. - We are seeking a professional who can communicate clearly, solve complex technical issues, and support junior team members. - We value candidates who can participate in firewall review and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

- We configure, deploy, and maintain our MSP operational platforms and related integrations. - We own and administer the RMM platform, including scripting, automation design, monitoring policies, and patch management. - We manage integrations between RMM, PSA, documentation, BCDR, and CSP systems to keep platforms working together reliably. - We build, test, and roll out automation workflows that improve service delivery and internal efficiency. - We oversee CSP integrations for Microsoft 365 licensing, provisioning, and identity synchronization. - We troubleshoot advanced system problems, API disruptions, and synchronization or automation failures. - We maintain accurate integration documentation, configuration standards, and version control records. - We partner with vendors and internal leadership on platform enhancements, feature updates, and escalated issues. - We perform root cause analysis on recurring problems and deliver lasting corrective actions. - We review and enforce standards for system configuration and automation. - We lead testing, validation, and deployment of new scripts, policies, and platform features. - We provide escalation support and mentoring to L1 Engineers while verifying configurations and resolving complex requests. - We escalate infrastructure or network dependencies to the appropriate internal resources when needed. - We ensure every ticket and change is thoroughly documented in the PSA, including analysis, resolution, and follow-up actions. - We conduct semi-annual and annual firewall reviews and maintenance.

In this role, you will join our internal technology team to improve the reliability, automation, and efficiency of our operational platforms.
