### Must have:

### - We require at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or the integration of complex systems. - We need proven experience building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, business logic, and reporting. - We expect strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases. - We look for practical experience developing in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions. - We value exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on complex system behavior. - Nice to have: experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data collection informs structured reasoning and output. - Nice to have: hands-on experience connecting agents to live tools and APIs, including platforms such as Supabase and Gmail. - Nice to have: comfort implementing persistent state and session tracking with MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - Nice to have: experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leakage, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

- We train advanced AI systems to function as proactive, multi-step agents through human feedback. - We help large language models learn how to design, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world architectural workflows. - We collaborate with leading AI organizations to improve generative systems used in autonomous agent development. - We evaluate system behavior and provide detailed technical feedback on complex interactions and outcomes. - We support the creation of orchestration-focused solutions that guide agents through multi-step tasks. - We help identify and surface hidden risks, including security, privacy, and prompt-injection-related failures.
