### Must have:

### - We require 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We look for a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for data parsing, logic handling, and reporting. - We need strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases. - We expect practical experience developing for real, non-simulated environments and managing multi-turn system interactions. - We value exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We prefer experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering informs reasoned outputs. - We consider hands-on experience connecting agents to live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs a plus. - We value comfort with persistent state management and session discovery using MEMORY.md to track agent progress. - We favor experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

- We train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that helps improve AI agents. - We collaborate with leading AI organizations to develop Large Language Models that can operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We guide systems in planning, coordinating, and optimizing complex real-world architectural workflows. - We contribute technical insight to help evaluate and refine sophisticated system behavior. - We support the development of orchestration and automation capabilities for next-generation autonomous tools.
