### Must have:

### - We require 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. - We look for proven ability to build and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting. - We expect strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases. - We value practical experience delivering solutions in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-turn system interactions. - We need exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise, high-signal technical feedback on complex system behavior. - We consider experience building multi-stage coordination workflows where data collection drives structured, reasoned outputs to be a strong advantage. - We prefer hands-on experience connecting agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world challenges. - We value familiarity with persistent state handling and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We also appreciate experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection.

- We will have you help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agent behavior. - We will rely on you to support the development of proactive, multi-step agents that can design, coordinate, and improve complex real-world workflows. - We will expect you to evaluate and refine system interactions across multiple steps and sessions. - We will ask you to analyze technical behavior in detail and provide clear, concise feedback that improves model performance. - We will have you contribute to architectural workflow training by helping systems learn how to plan, coordinate, and optimize execution. - We may ask you to work with live integrations and tools to solve realistic operational problems. - We will look to you to identify safety, security, and reliability issues in agent behavior, including subtle failure modes.
