### Must have:

### - We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We have a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, processing, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases. - We have practical experience developing in live, real-world environments rather than mocked setups, including handling multi-turn system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver precise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We have experience building multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to well-reasoned outcomes. - We are comfortable connecting agents to live tools and APIs such as Supabase, Gmail, and similar services to solve practical problems. - We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking, including using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We can recognize subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

- We help train advanced generative AI systems by providing human feedback on agent behavior. - We support projects that teach LLMs to operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We contribute to designing, coordinating, and refining complex real-world architectural workflows. - We evaluate system performance in live scenarios and provide thoughtful, detailed feedback. - We identify weaknesses in agent behavior, including security, privacy, and reasoning failures. - We work collaboratively with leading AI organizations to improve autonomous agent capabilities.
