### Must have:

### - We bring 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems. - We have demonstrated experience building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have worked with SQL databases. - We have hands-on experience building for live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions. - We pay exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We bring added value through experience with multi-stage coordination tasks where information gathering leads to reasoned outputs. - We have practical experience connecting agents to live tools and APIs, such as Supabase, Gmail, and similar platforms. - We are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We can identify subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection. - We may have experience shaping systems that support proactive, multi-step agent workflows.

- We train advanced generative systems by providing high-quality human feedback. - We help improve autonomous agents by guiding how they plan, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world workflows. - We collaborate with leading AI teams to develop Large Language Models that operate as proactive, multi-step agents. - We contribute technical insight to the design of orchestration and software workflow behaviors. - We evaluate system outputs and provide clear, detailed feedback on how agents perform in realistic environments. - We support the development of complex coordination tasks that require data gathering and reasoned conclusions. - We assess multi-turn interactions and help refine agent behavior across extended sessions. - We identify and surface subtle system failures, including security, privacy, and prompt-injection risks.
