### Must have:

### - We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. - We have a proven track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting. - We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we work confidently with SQL databases. - We have practical experience developing in live, non-mocked environments and managing multi-step system interactions. - We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver precise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior. - We have hands-on experience creating multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to informed output. - We are comfortable connecting agents to live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve real-world use cases. - We are familiar with implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress. - We have experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy leaks, privilege escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents. - We support the development of proactive, multi-step agents capable of operating in complex real-world workflows. - We contribute to teaching large language models how to design, coordinate, and refine architectural processes. - We evaluate system behavior in live environments and give detailed feedback on performance and failure modes. - We participate in projects focused on orchestration, automation, and multi-step reasoning. - We help identify and analyze nuanced security and reliability concerns in agent behavior.
