Lead and coordinate project teams, including junior engineers, designers, and support staff.
Collaborate with planners, surveyors, utilities, municipalities, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, buildable residential communities.
Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, subdivision ordinances, and residential development standards.

Expected Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive experience in land development, with a strong emphasis on single-family residential projects.
