Engineer I

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated early-career engineer to support engineering projects, product development, testing, and technical documentation. The role involves applying standard engineering principles, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support engineering activities and assigned projects with limited supervision.
* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings using CAD tools.
* Assist with resolving moderate technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure work complies with company procedures, quality standards, and health \& safety requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement and environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
* Mentor interns or junior team members when required.

### Requirements

* Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
* 0--3 years of engineering experience.
* Understanding of engineering principles, technical standards, and documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately under deadlines.

### Working Style

* Works under guidance from senior engineers or project leads.
* Independently handles routine assignments and contributes to technical deliverables.
* Participates in testing, documentation, design updates, and process improvement activities.
