Serve as technical decision authority for hydrogeologic methods, modeling approaches, and tools
Lead development of training programs and mentoring initiatives
Provide senior technical oversight, peer review, and quality control
Lead complex site investigations, including drilling, aquifer testing, geophysics, and well installation
Develop conceptual site models and perform groundwater flow and contaminant fate and transport evaluations
Apply advanced analytical and numerical groundwater models to support remediation strategies
Oversee field activities with a strong focus on health, safety, and operational efficiency
Interface with clients and regulatory agencies as a senior technical authority
Support remediation optimization, long-term monitoring, and litigation support as required
Travel up to approximately 30%

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of professional experience, ideally within environmental consulting
Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license

Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, and state regulatory programs
Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Experience with modeling tools such as MODFLOW, MT3D, EVS, VISTAS, or similar
Familiarity with GIS applications
40-hour HAZWOPER certification

Location

Why Consider This Opportunity
Employee-owned organization with long-term wealth-building potential
National leadership role with influence over technical standards and practice direction
