Job Details

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and day to day coordination for active multifamily construction projects
Help manage submittals, requests for information, change orders, procurement logs, and project documentation
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams to keep projects on schedule
Support cost tracking, billing support, meeting documentation, and overall project reporting
Maintain organized project files and assist with project closeout, punch list follow up, and turnover items
Qualifications:
Experience supporting multifamily construction projects in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer capacity
Working knowledge of project administration, subcontractor coordination, submittals, requests for information, and change orders
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively with field teams, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the construction process
Proficiency with construction management software and standard project tracking tools is preferred
